Most of our products have a shelf life of 12–18 months after opening. Each product displays a PAO (Period After Opening) symbol—a small open jar icon with a number followed by “M” for months—to help you know how long the product remains at its best after opening.

Returns & Refunds

Email us at service@scentralzone.com to initiate a return, and ship your unused product back to us for a full refund. Returns are accepted within 15 days of the purchase date for both defective and non-defective items, as long as they are unused. Refunds are processed within 7 days of receiving your return.
